OrderX service agreement

Service Scope
OrderX provides restaurant commerce software, billing services, and related onboarding or support services according to the selected plan.
Recurring Billing
By subscribing, the customer authorizes recurring monthly charges for the selected plan until the subscription is canceled according to the agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for accurate business information, authorized use of credentials, lawful operation of the restaurant, and timely communication regarding billing or support issues.
Implementation and Access
OrderX may provision dashboard, backoffice, reporting, and payment-related access based on the purchased services and the merchant onboarding status.
Data and Integrations
Third-party services such as Stripe, Maverick, payment gateways, and hardware providers may be used as part of the OrderX platform and remain subject to their own service terms.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any non-refundable fees should be defined in the final production agreement approved by legal counsel.
